GENERAL

 

HOW DOES READY2BLEND WORK?

Choose either a weekly or monthly subscription – You can select 8 or 16 cups for the weekly plan. 24 or 36 cups for the monthly plan.

 

Build your box – This is the fun part! Select the items you like and simply add them to your box.

 

Pick your delivery day – Select the day you want your order to arrive and checkout.

 

Once you’ve subscribed, you have access to a calendar where you can skip or change your NEXT delivery date as long as it is before your scheduled billing date (this is detailed on your account page). 

 

Modifications to your plan cannot be made once an order has been billed.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Absolutely. We do not store any credit card information and we never charge you without your permission.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Ready2Blend accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Cash or Cheques.

 

WHICH PLAN IS RIGHT FOR ME?

If at the very least you plan to have a smoothie every second day or so, we recommend 24 cups every month, or if you have additional family or friends who may consume cups as well, go for 16 cups every week. In any case, you can change your plan or cups at any time.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HALAL?

Absolutely. All ingredients we use are 100% Halal.

 

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Our cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable. As for our cups, we are using paper which is Eco-friendly and recyclable. Please confirm with your emirate/municipality’s recycling program to verify.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE PRODUCT LAST IN THE FREEZER?

In order to maximize freshness, we recommend consuming all cups within 3 months of delivery.

 

ARE YOUR DRINKS DAIRY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE AND NO ADDED SUGAR?

All our drinks contain farm-frozen whole ingredients that are 100% dairy free, no added sugar and gluten free. Certain products contain nuts, nut butters and coconut.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE TO CHECKOUT?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the checkout page in the “Coupon Code” field. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply!

 

SHIPPING METHODS & POLICY

 

IS SHIPPING FREE ON ALL ORDERS?

Yes, delivery is free of charge on all orders.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

When you place your order, we will do our best to ship as fast as we can. First time orders typically require 2 business days to process and ship and then we will set a specific date for the weekly or monthly subscription.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & RETURNS

 

DOES READY2BLEND SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we are only delivering within Dubai, UAE however, if you are interested in our products and live in different emirates, you can get in touch with our customer happiness team at info@vitallea.com

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Ready2Blend does not accept returns.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the frozen nature of our product and in compliance with Food Health and Safety Regulations, we cannot accept any returned products once they have shipped out of our facilities. We do not offer pickups for rejected packages. 

 

In addition, we do not issue any refunds on processing orders that have been billed. It is important to keep track of when your next order will be billed to avoid any surprise charges.

 

We do not issue refunds based on taste preference.

 

Rejecting a package from a shipping courier does not warrant a refund.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTED?
