Payment Policy

  • Cash payments on delivery are only accepted within the UAE and selected GCC countries.
  • Extra Charges might be applicable for Cash on Delivery shipments. Such Charges will clearly be mentioned in the final invoice before payment.

  • When you place your order on our site, you will be asked to provide your payment details (either your credit or debit card number). Our payment service providers will then check that you have sufficient funds for the order, but payment is not taken at that point. Your account will be debited when we ship your order out to you; you will also receive an email confirming the shipping of your order. This will usually be within 3 business days of you placing your order. If you do not see the payment on your account within 4 business days of placing your order, or you do not receive an email confirmation of the shipping of your order, please contact us.
